Soto, celebrated the launch of their new book BILINGUAL IS BETTER: Two Latina Moms on How the Bilingual Parenting Revolution Is Changing the Face of America (Bilingual Readers, September 2012) at Cool-De-Sac in South Miami, FL on September 20th.

     

    As years have passed, being bilingual and bicultural has turned out to be an advantage for Roxana A. Soto and Ana L.
